Payment
• Payment must be made using accepted methods: Pix, Ko-fi, or PayPal.
• Payment is split into two installments: one after the sketch stage and the other upon receipt of the final illustration.Revisions and Changes
• During the process, the client is entitled to request unlimited changes to the artwork only during the sketch stage; however, no further modifications can be made once the work is completed.
• Additional revisions may include extra charges, depending on the extent of the requested changes.Timeline and Delivery
• The delivery timeframe will be established during the commission negotiation, but depending on the order, it may take 1 to 2 months.
• The client will be notified of any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.Cancellation
• Cancellation is only possible before the sketch is completed, as no refunds are issued.
• The order may be cancelled if the client fails to respond within a 2-day period.
